Refund Policy
RETURN POLICY
After the request of return, the Customer will receive an email with the Return Instructions to ship back the product including a return label to ship back the item.
The returned item must be returned within 10 days from the day the order has been received. The forwarder delivery date will constitute evidence.
The return can be performed only by the recipient of the order. Furthermore, the address must be the same of the product delivery.
Products must be returned unused, undamaged, unwashed or otherwise altered, with all their original components, included authenticity tags, intact and complete warranty seals and original packaging (including wrapping, boxes and any other material such as dust-bags, hangers and suit-covers). Right of withdrawal can only be applied to whole purchased products; therefore, it cannot be performed on one or more components of purchased products.
In order to protect original packaging, we recommend using shipping boxes. Please apply the forwarded label in order to successfully return the product. Do not directly apply any label or tape on products original packaging.
Shipping costs paid originally placing the order will not be refunded.
In addition, returns costs will be withheld from the refund as follows:
• ITALY: $14
• EUROPE: $20
• REST OF THE WORLD: $30
Only in case of a change in size/color or store credit the return costs and the new shipping costs will be covered by MYBOIJAM.
Change (size, color)
Customer can request a change of the size or the color of the product purchased only if the selling price is the same one. The shipping of the new replaced item will be covered by MYBOIJAM, according to size/color stock availability of requested product. For any further change, fees are charged to the Client.
Refund
Customer can request a return with refund within the allowed times. Once the item is received back by MYBOIJAM if the product is in the conditions explained above, a refund of the order (minus the above fees withheld to cover return costs) will be issues within 10 working days from the receipt. Moreover, shipping charges to the client and any further additional cost/fees highlighted when placing the order will not be refunded.
